Customer Service Representative

What does the job entail?

Snap Diagnostics is seeking a talented individual to join our team of customer service representatives.

As part of our support team, you will provide first-line phone support to patients and medical providers using our home sleep test. Customer communications may include assisting patients with registration, scheduling deliveries, arranging appointments, and responding to inquiries.

In addition, you will work in collaboration with the sales team to deliver and continually improve upon our service. This includes assessing customer needs and guiding solutions.

This position is full-time, with some work-from-home flexibility, and includes health, vision and dental insurance benefits.

What you bring to Snap

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Effective listening, adaptability, and responsiveness are particularly important for this role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly
  • Preferred: Customer service experience. However, this position is entry level and may suit individuals who are considering a career in the medical industry.
