Snap Test Results
Providers may access the sleep test results through our secure online portal. In addition, our laboratory will provide a hard copy.
Snap Test Report
Drawing from over twenty five years of feedback from medical providers across the US, we have developed a comprehensive yet friendly report format that providers can depend on when making clinical decisions with their patients.
Each Snap report includes five pages:

The Respiratory Analysis page includes specific information on respiratory events, as well as the report interpretation when provided by a Snap physician.

The Considerations page aids providers that are considering possible treatment options. The page includes treatment considerations and their source references.

The Oximetry Analysis page summarizes the heart rate and blood oxygen levels.

The Snoring Analysis page includes information about the patient’s snoring.

The Sleep “Histogram” page provides a visual history of the patient’s respiratory events, oxygen level and heart rate throughout the night.
Each five page report represents one night of testing.

Snap Analysis Procedure
Our analysis procedure integrates advanced automated technology with a traditional approach by manually assuring the quality of every test.
After the patient completes the Snap test at home, the sleep data is analyzed at our lab by professionally trained sleep technicians. Our process quality is regularly overseen by a team of practicing physicians and board certified sleep specialists.

Optional: Medical Order for Treatment
Upon request, a Medical Order For Treatment page can be included with each Snap Test Report. This form can be sent to your preferred PAP or oral appliance therapy provider to order treatment for a patient.
Note: Snap Diagnostics does not provide treatment. When this option is selected, this order should be sent directly to the preferred treatment provider of your choice. Learn how Snap’s provider portal can assist you in managing treatment.
