During registration, we collect information needed to determine medical necessity for the test and to schedule delivery.

Patients can register online at snapdiagnostics.com/register or by phone (847) 777-0000.

Patients can also access the online registration on their phone by scanning this QR code.

HST Configuration

This page will show the various options available to customize the HST protocol for a specific patient.

NOTE: If NOT SET for a specific patient then the patient will undergo the “default” HST protocol.
